Joshie

Um, Wow, that is about all I can say about this WOD. I wrote it down correctly, then got to my globo, and thought I must have been mistaken. I modified to WOD to what I thought, and I was wrong. The Workout:

"Joshie"

Complete three rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups (I did 12 tuck)
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups (I did 12 tuck)

Time: 27:17

I know, this is an awful time. My pull-ups sucked, my squat form sucked. I even thought I would be ok because I was scaling to the Pack workout. Wow, was I wrong. I hope I never see this WOD again.
