Single Clean and jerks

I love this movement.

Loved it. The jerk was really smooth and easy. The clean was struggled a little.

Lunges, Wallballs, Push Press

This wod looked terrible.  Then, I added the weight vest.

For time:

100 Walking Lunges with weight vest and 25 lb plate
50 wall balls with weight vest and 20 lb ball, 10 ft target
25 push press with weight vest and 135 lbs

Time:  10:45

I was happy with this time.

Run 800m

Then ...

5 chest to bar Pullups
10 OHS at 95 lbs
15 plyo pushups on a med ball

Then ...

Run 800m carrying the med ball

Really happy with this.

Rounds: 9 rounds plus 7 reps

Not too bad. I am happy with it.
