I chose this wod because I was supposed to coach tonight. Turns out, I was an athlete.

8 KB swings - I held 35 lb DB in each hand to get close to 2 pood

Half Bull

For today's Memorial Day we planned to do the hero wod "Bull" in honor of the soldiers. But, our class was so big that we needed to make it a team wod. I, for my own records, decided to do more than everyone else and complete half of the full wod.

25 OHS (scaled to 115 lbs)

Time: 23:00 something

Not too bad, but I slowed down significantly after that.

Because we missed wednesday's chipper, I called a substitute today when no one showed up for the Happt Hour class.

This was a great wod for starting the week. It was intense, but did not kill me for the rest of the week.

I alternated my pullups as standard kip and butterflies. the butterflies are getting a lot easier.

I accidentally skipped my burpees on Sunday for the 100 day burpee challenge, so I had to do 127 last night. I decided to make it my workout.

I think. That sucked. My 100 burpees was slower than my last 100 burpees also. Rachel thinks it is because my mind knew I had to do more than 100.
