After continuing to ice my hands, I managed to get them feeling up to Angie last night. I hopped on the bar, did as many butterfly kips as I could, mixed with standard kips, pushing my way through everything else, and did well. The Workout:

This was 10 seconds faster than my old time. hell yeah!!!
Today is a rest day because my gf is coming up for thanksgiving and we are going to work on a 3x1 split over the next few days. Kind of.
