OHS and pullups

This wod was more difficult than it looked on paper. Some might say that is a no brained with Crossfit workouts, but this one sticks out in as one of the more deceiving.

21-15-9 For time;
Overhead squats @ 95 lbs
Pull ups

I did butterflies for the last 9 pull ups. They were pretty ugly, I need to work on them a little.

This was the workout performed at the first ever Crossfit/USAW Open.

Single Clean and Jerk

Weight: 225

AMRAP 12 min

6 squat cleans (120 lbs)
12 pullups
24 double unders

rnds: 6 plus 3 squat cleans

Fight gone bad

This was yesterday's random wod:

Fight Gone Bad
3 rounds, each exercise is done for one miniute, one minute rest between rounds
Wall balls
Sdhp- 75 lbs
Box jumps
Push press- 75 lbs
Row for calories

Points: 114, 85, 85 = 114

The only reason I think my numbers dropped so much was because the first time I did this, I did not do the moves in prescribed order.
