Double Unders/GHD/Back Extensions

Drug my ass to the gym this morning with the most sore legs I have had in a long long time. Damn 400m walking lunges. The Workout:

As Many Rounds In 20 Minutes:
15 Double Unders
15 GHD (sit-up, Pack scaling)
15 back extensions

Rounds: 10 + DUs and sit-ups

My lower back was really hating me from about round 7 to the end. My legs feel no better.

Off to WVU for the Backyard Brawl against Pitt. Let's kick some Pitt ass.
