This was a modification of a games wod

30 hand release pushups
1 rope climb
21 OHS at 95 lbs

Time: 10:44

Not to bad. My pushups need work.

This was a good way to start the week. I needed to lift something heavy.

Snatches and pullups

My shoulders seemed dead tonight. Also, snatches took me a little warmup.

Amrap 12 minutes
3 snatches max weight
12 pullups

Load and rounds: 6 rounds at 135 and 6 rounds at 145.

I thought I could do more weight. Oh well.

I thought my legs were pretty dead after last night. But, I guess not dead enough.

Not too bad. The weight wasn't that bad at all.

I did this wod a week ago, but forgot to post it.

20 situps
15 box jumps at 28/24 in.
20 pushups

I created this wod, it was a pretty good one.  

Thrusters and Burpees

This was a killer wod to start the week:

Thrusters at 115lbs
Burpees

Time:  7:29 at 115lbs

This sucked, but I am really happy with my time.

Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate
