Filthy 50

After the grueling double WOD yesterday, I picked myself up this morning and attempted the Filthy 50. It sucked all the way around and I about died from exhaustion. If there was ever a time when I was going to get Rhabdo, this would have been it. I felt like my body was going to shut down during the burpees. Why the hell did the designer of this WOD put them at the end??? Anyway, the Workout:

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Time: 23:24 RX'ed

I looked at my last time doing this WOD back in July. I finished in like 25:30 RX'ed. Despite my exhaustion, I wanted to give it a shot and I PR'ed. My goal for this WOD is 20 min, we will see if I can progress enough before it comes up again.
