First time back after a short break last night. Felt good. The Workout:
Clean and Jerk

weight: 185, 190, 195, 195, 200, 205, 185(f)
I matched my PR from last time, but I still count this as a PR because my form was a lot better. It took me back when I dropped the weight to 185 after PR'ing and failed. Actually, I failed twice. It was like my shoulder were so tired from 205 that I could not get myself under the bar during my front squat. I will have to keep an eye on that.
