With continuing pain in y foot, I decided to take on an upper body WOD on Friday. The Workout:

JT
21, 15, 9

Hand Stand Push ups (I did a barrier progression)
Dips (RX'ed number of paralletes)
Push-ups

time: 5:55

I really need to add HSPU's into my warmups so I can move beyond the progression.
