Crossfit Total 2

I thought this one was pretty good. I usually do not do the regular Crossfit total, but I thought I would give this one a shot. The Workout:

Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Weights: 210, 255 (Pr), 185 (Pr)

I will take two PR's.
