Single Split Jerks tonight. The Workout:

Weight: 185, 190, 195, 200, 205, 210, 215 lbs (PR)
I attempted this WOD in my toe shoes. I think it limited me a little because it hurt my feet when I drove them down as I jerked the weight overhead. Still I will take 215.
