Back and abs Variations

Hey, I am actually finding the time to post on the day I performed the WOD. The Workout:

For time:
Run 800 meters
30 Hip/Back Extensions
30 GHD Sit-ups (only went to parallel)
30 Hip Extensions
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Back Extensions
30 AbMat Sit-ups

Time: 10:46

I felt really good today after the Lumberjack workout last night. I guess there is something to be said for working out so hard your body becomes inhabitable to foreign viruses. That is may theory anyway. And clean eating. A recipe for health.
