5x3 Back Squats

Not much to say about this one. The Workout:

Back Squat

3, 3, 3, 3, 3

Weight: 230, 235, 240, 245, 250 (PR)

I lost my focus on my last rep of my last round and my form broke down a little. But, I will accept the weight as a PR.
