Good WOD to end the 3 days on. The Workout:
Shoulder Press:
3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
weight: 135, 135, 135, 140 (PR), 140, 145(f), 135
I seemed to find my max weight almost from the beginning. I was not real strict on my 140.
p.s. the mainsite picture for today is disgusting.
