Well, it is another weekend, which means I am really behind in posting my times. This was actually Thursday's workout, but I was so busy yesterday that I did not have a chance to post. The Workout:

75 pound Power snatch, 75 reps for time. (Porch: 55 lbs)

Time: 6:57 (Porch)

My snatch form did not feel right. If I did not bother me so much, I probably could have gone faster.
