Elizabeth

It occurred to me late last night that I have completely forgot about my crossfit blog over the last three days. Sunday: The Workout:

"Elizabeth"

21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds (Porch - 115 lbs)
Ring dips (2X paralletes)

time: 7:46

This was around a minutes faster than my last time, so I will raise my weight next time it comes up.
