Front squats, then burpees, muscle ups, and rope climbs

This was the first extra wod for the week on Sunday so that we can get closer to Competition shape.

Front Squat
135(5), 185(5), 205(3), 225(2), 225(2), 225(3)

Then . . .

3 rnds for time:
5 burpees
1 MU
5 burpees
1 MU
5 burpees
1 MU
3 rope climbs

Time: 8:43

I need to get better at getting back on the rope with less rest.
