I could not decide which WOD to do last night because I was not super excited for the Crossfit Total. Also, I have to look really great this weekend, so I am trying to do more high cardio wods this week (don't tell anyone). The Workout:

I tried to keep my stroke around 2:00/500m. That was by far the worst wod I have ever finished. WOW. I don't know why it was so bad.
Its so bad because rowing is TERRIBLE!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHa. I don't mind it in a WOD for 500m or so, but a 5K? That was my first, and probably my last time.
