After a forced night off yesterday while I networked with some Alumni during a social event, I headed back to the globo this morning. I decided to sway from the mainsite once more. The Workout:

I really need to slow down this wod. I can't possibly continue to PR forever. My sit-ups are getting faster, but I am using a serious arm swing. Might head to Crossfit Confluence tomorrow.
