Paul

Last Saturday, we did one of the Paul workouts.

Paul

9 rnds for time
4 strict pull ups
1 deadlift at 275 lbs
7 burpees
9 double unders
100 meter run

Time: 11:38 with a 25 lb vest, but no run

It was raining and wet outside.
