I finally made it to CFC yesterday to attempt the 4th Open Wod. Unfortunately, my legs were still (and are still) shot from the 400m walking lunges. Ouch.

60 bar-facing burpess
30 OHS at 120lbs
10 MU's
Rounds: 0 rnds, all burpees and all OHS = 90
Not too bad. If my legs were not sore, I think I could have done more. I may try it again once I heal.
