Yesterday was a sad day. A good athlete and a great guy, Josh (Doodle), is moving from the area. So, this wod was in his honor. The Workout:

Handstand push ups
Sumo deadlift high pulls
Toes-to-bars
Time: 6:21 rx
It was harder than I thought. Next time, I want to complete it unbroken.
