CF posted the second Open wod today. We decided to do it tonight at CFC.
Games Open Workout #2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
155/100 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
Rounds: 8 rnds plus 3 deadlifts
I, once again, had back trouble with the deadlifts. Ugh, I have to get the weight off of my back.
