15 Squat cleans @ 155 lbs
30 Toes to bar
30 Box jumps
15 Muscle ups
30 Push press w/ 45 lb DB
30 Double unders
15 Thrusters @ 135 lbs
30 Pull ups
30 Burpees
15 Overhead walking lunges (each leg) w/ 45 lbs plate
Time: 18:59
The prescribed weight did not kill me as bad as I thought it would.
