It was not feeling really sore today, just a little exhausted. I was really happy to see a hero wod:

As many rounds in 30 minutes of;
5 Deadlifts (275) (scaled to 245 lbs)
13 Push ups
9 Box jumps
Rounds: 15 plus 1 deadlift
This was one round more than in October, 2010. The deadlifts killed my back. It did not matter how hard I tried to keep the weight on my hamstrings, it ended up on my lower back. I have to figure out how to solve this issue.
