Single Overhead Squats

Always need to work on strength.

Single Overhead Squats

1, 1, 1, 1, 1

Weight:  175, 195, 205, 215, 220 (PR), 225(f)

The 220 went up fairly easy, so I thought I would give 225 lbs a shot.  I could not jerk the weight overhead, so I never had a chance to try the squat.
