This was a little special wod for Patrick and Me.  Good way to start the week:

AMRAP 16 min
4 MU's
8 GHD's
16 Pistols (8 each leg)
32 Double unders
200m Sprint

Rounds:  4 plus MU's and GHD's

Not too bad.
