Pistols and Pullups

This was a great wod for starting the week. It was intense, but did not kill me for the rest of the week.

For time;
40 Pistols
100 Pull ups
This workout may be partitioned how ever you choose. Post partition and time to comments.

time: 5:25

Partition: 10 rounds of 4 pistols and 10 pullups

I alternated my pullups as standard kip and butterflies. the butterflies are getting a lot easier.
