5x5 front squats
It has been a rough week thus far. Then, my worst favorite squat.
Front squats:
5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Weight: 195, 205, 215, 225 (PR), 235(f)
Then, HSPU’s for tabatas. I think I kept it at 3.
