front squats and short metcon

This was a good way to start the week. I needed to lift something heavy.

Single Front Squats
1, 1, 1, 1, 1,

Weight: 245, 255, 265, 275, 265

Then...
For time:
10 ball slams
8 burpees
6 pushups

Time: 3:53 or something close to that.
