Deadlifts, box jumps, sit-ups
Despite a head cold, I hammered out the wod tonight
3 rounds for time:
15 deadlifts at 225 lbs
30 box jumps
21 sit-ups
Time: 11:59
This was terribly slow. I blame it on my cold. There were times when I was light headed and just plain exhausted.
