Squats, Deadlifts, and Lunges
This is a horrible CrossFit leg day:
3 rnds for time:
50 squats
25 deadlifts at 95 lbs
30 walking lunges
time: 8:36
not too bad. I did all of the first round unbroken. I did all deadlifts unbroken.
