I am a Pittsburgh Attorney who has a serious love and passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. My fitness program of choice is Crossfit and I truly believe that nothing else works if you want to be a general practitioner of all-around fitness. I am also a Level 1 Crossfit trainer and coach part-time at Crossfit Confluence.

For my diet, I mainly follow a Paleo food list and eat in Zone portions. If you don't know what that means, ask in one of my comments. Or search around my blog, I have likely described it somewhere.

This is blog is dedicated to tracking my progress with Crossfit and as a place for me to write about fitness related topics that occur during my days.
